After مِائَةٌ = One hundred and أَلْفٌ = One thousand, the ‘madud’ would be singular, majrur. It will not change for gender but will change the case accordingly.
فِي فَصْلِنَا أَلْفُ طَالِبٍ |
فِي فَصْلِنَا مِائَةُ طَالِبٍ |
مَرْفُوْعٌ
|
There are a thousand students in our class |
There are a hundred students in our class |
|
رَأيْتُ أَلْفَ رَجُلٍ فِيْ الْمَسْجِدِ |
رَأيْتُ مِائَةَ طَالِبٍ فِيْ الشَّارِعِ |
مَنْصُوْبٌ
|
I saw one thousand people in the mosque. |
I saw one hundred students on the road. |
|
لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ |
إشْتَرَيْتُ هٰذَا الكِتَابَ بِمِائَةِ رُبِيَّةٍ |
مَجْرُوْرٌ
|
The night of qadr is better than thousand months |
I bought this book by hundred rupees. |
Quranic example:
Your master is the only master |
أَنَّمَا إِلَٰهُكُمْ إِلَٰهٌ وَاحِدٌ |
Indeed that would rise but one big sound |
فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ زَجْرَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ |
He said your sign is so that you will not talk to people for three days in healthy condition. |
قَالَ آيَتُكَ أَلَّا تُكَلِّمَ النَّاسَ ثَلَاثَ لَيَالٍ سَوِيًّا |
Therefore the compensation for this is you will feed 10 poor people. |
فَكَفَّارَتُهُ إِطْعَامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسَاكِينَ |
Indeed those who cannot find an animal for sacrifice, they will fast for three days in the hajj days and fast for seven days after returning. |
فَمَن لَّمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ فِي الْحَجِّ وَسَبْعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ |
