لَا يَزَالُ   means ‘still now’. It is also a sister of  كَانَ. That means it makes the mubtada marfu and the Khabar mansub. The past form is  مَا زَالَ and it does not have command form.

Bilal is still sick.

Ibrahim is still in hospital

The boy is still laughing

It is still raining

Fatima will continue writing

We will continue fighting for the truth for ever

Example from Quran and Hadith-

The disbeliever will always be doubtful until they will suddenly face the day of judgement.

The disbelievers will be afflicted due to their deeds.

The house made by them will always create doubt in their heart.

Some parties among my nations will fight for truth.
