قَطُّ is used to emphasize past negative verb and أَبَدًا for emphasizing future negative verb.

Example from Quran and Hadith
Wherein they will abide for ever. 33:65 |
خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا |
And it is not (right) for you that you should annoy Allah's Messenger, nor that you should ever marry his wives after him (his death). 33:53 |
وَلَا أَن تَنكِحُوا أَزْوَاجَهُ مِن بَعْدِهِ أَبَدًا |
Allah forbids you from ever doing something like this again, if you are ˹true˺ believers. 24:17 |
يَعِظُكُمُ اللَّهُ أَن تَعُودُوا لِمِثْلِهِ أَبَدًا إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ |
they will never be guided, then – ever. 18:57 |
فَلَن يَهْتَدُوا إِذًا أَبَدًا |
In no way do I expect that this will decay at all. 18:35 |
مَا أَظُنُّ أَن تَبِيدَ هَٰذِهِ أَبَدًا |
But they will never long for it because of what their hands have sent before them (i.e. what they have done). 2:95 |
وَلَن يَتَمَنَّوْهُ أَبَدًا بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ |
I have never seen a sight but the grave is worse than it is. |
مَا رَأَيْتُ مَنْظَرًا قَطُّ إِلاَّ وَالْقَبْرُ أَفْظَعُ مِنْهُ |
