Sometimes pronouns need to be specified using certain words. As for example: - نَحْنُ الطُلَّابَ . This phenomenon is called الإِخْتِصَاصُ. In this case, the ism after pronoun is mansub because this is implicitly mafool bihi of أَخَصُّ [خَصَّ means he specified]
We Muslims do not eat pork |
نَحْنُ الْمُسْلِمِيْنَ لَا نَأْكُلُ لَحْمَ الخِنْزِيْرِ |
We the students do not play on the road |
نَحْنُ الطُّلَّابَ لَا نَلْعَبُ فِيْ الشَّارِعِ |
You the knowledge-seekers go to the library |
أَنْتُمْ طُلَّابَ العِلْمِ ذَاهِبُوْنَ إلَى الْمَكْتَبِ |
We the students (female) are from India |
نَحْنُ هٰؤُلاءِ الطَّالِبَاتِ مِنَ الْهِنْدِ |
Definitely, we are the inheritors of Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam, it is not legal for us to take sadaqa |
إنَّا آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ لَا تَحِلُّ لَنَا الصَّدَقَةُ |
