لَا بُدَّ  is used to mean the certainty of something. مِنْ  comes after it.

Certainly you have to sit for the exam.

لَابُدَّ مِنَ الإِخْتِبَارِ

Certainly we have to die.

لَابُدَّ مِنَ الْمَوْتِ

 

But if it comes after infinite verb then  مِنْ can be dropped.

You must have to write to him.

لَابُدَّ أَنْ تَكْتُبَ لَهُ          

You must have to know how to operate computer.

لَابُدَّ أَنْ تَتَعَلَّمُوْا تَشْغِيْلَ الحَاسُوْبِ
