إِنَّ  means  certainly. It is called تَوْكِيْدٍ وَ نَصْبٍ حَرْفُ  that means a harf which sits before an ism to emphasise the certainty and makes it mansub. Example,

Certainly, Allah is with the enduring one.

Certainly, Hamid is a student.

Certainly, the teacher is new.

The mubtada after إِنَّ  is called  اِسْمُ إنَّ and the Khabar is called خَبَرُ إِنَّ   . In the sentences above   اللَّهَ, حَامِدًا, الْمُدَرِّسَ are اسم إنَّ and الصَّابِرِينَ, طَالِبٌ,  جَدِيْدٌ are إِنَّ خَبَرُ

اِسْمُ إِنَّ can be away from إِنَّ that means not right after it. Example-

Certainly I have five brothers.

Certainly success is for the god fearing.

point to be noted that إِنَّ is used at the beginning of a sentence and after قَالَ , ismul mousul,  harf for qasm وَ، تَ، بِ). In other places أَنَّ is used. Example قَالَ يَا بُنَيَّ إِنِّي أَرَىٰ فِي الْمَنَامِ أَنِّي أَذْبَحُكَ : he said, O my son! I dreamt that I am slaughtering you.

إِنَّ with pronoun:

There are some other harf which are like إِنَّ  and they are called sister of إِنَّ  here are some example-

I heard that the teacher is new.

That

As if the imam is sick.

As if

Hamid is industrious but Khalid is lazy.

but

But the punishment of Allah is severe.

but

Probably the student was sick.

Probably (fear)

Probably the weather is good.

Probably (hope)

I wish if the youth would come back.

I wish if

Example from Quran-

Surely your antagonist is he who is without offspring (Literally: curtailed). 108:3

Indeed men are in the loss.

Indeed the binding of your lord is severe.

Allah prefers among the messenger whoever he wishes.

But most of them don't know.

And the disbeliever would say If I could be dust.

Certainly, some assumptions are sinful.
