ء position

 

ء always takes alif as chair at the beginning of a sentence.

 example-أ  ،  إ   

At the beginning  of word

 

  1. Whatever comes before ءِ  , its chair will be ي .

example-سُئِلَ

At the middle of word

وْ and يْ

2) Whatever comes before ءُ , it’s chair will be   و

example-لَؤُمٌ ،  رُؤُسٌ،  تَلْؤُمٌ ، خَلطَاؤُهُ

وْ and يْ

3)If jabr/sakeen comes before ءَ , the chair will be اif jer chair will be ي, and if pesh chair will be و. example-رَأَيْتَ،   تَسْأَلُوْنَ،   سَيِّئَةٌ،  فُؤَادٌ

 

4) If there is jabr before ءْ chair will be اif jer, the chair will be ي, and if pesh, the chair will be و.  example-رَأْسٌ،  بِئْسٌ،  مُؤْمِنٌ

 

5) If يْ comes before ءُ / ءَ, the chair will be ي example-، مَجِيْئُهَا     مَلِيْئَةُand if there is اْ ،  وْ،  وّ   before it will be without a chair. example-يَتَسَاءَلُ    تَوْءَمٌ،   بَوَّءَهُمْ،   يَسُوْءُهُمْ،

 

1) if it comes after jabr, ا, if comes after jer,  ي, if comes after pesh و acts as chair. example- قَرَأَ ،   شَاطِئٌ،  بجِرُؤٌ

At the end of word

 

2) If it comes after sukoon it will be without a chair. example-شَيْءٌ،  سَمَاءٌ،  مَاءٌ
