If the verb is asked with question ‘what’ or ‘whom’ then the answer is "object of that verb".  in arabic   مَفْعُوْلٌ بِهِ . Object is always mansub (accusative case).

فَاعِلٌ

 فِعْلٌ

 

حَامِدًا

خَالِدٌ

نَصَرَ

Khalid helped hamid

 

The verb may have object or may not have object. Verb can be divided into two categories depending whether it has object or not.

 

Hamid went toward the market

ذَهَبَ حَامِدٌ إِلَى السُّوْقِ

  الْفِعْلُ الَّازِمُ

intransitive verb

فِعْلٌ + فَاعِلٌ

Muhammad sat with me

جَلَسَ مُحَمَّدٌ مَعِي

Belal went out of the mosque

خَرَجَ بِلَالٌ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ

 

 

 

Muhammad read Quran

قَرَأَ مُحَمَّدٌ الْقُرْآنَ

الْفِعْلُ الْمُتَعَدِّي

transitive verb

فِعْلٌ + فَاعِلٌ + مَفْعُوْلٌ بِهِ

Hamid opened the door

فَتَحَ حَامِدٌ الْبَابَ

Allah has created everything

خَلَقَ اللهُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ

 

For giving emphasis   مَفْعُوْلٌ بِهِ  or khabar may appear earlier. Example:

رَأَيْتُ بِلاَلً

بِلاَلً رَأَيْتُ

أَذَهَبْتُمْ إِلَى الْمُدِيْرِ؟

أَ إِلَى الْمُدِيْرِ ذَهَبْتُمْ؟

 

Example from Quran-

He is the One Who raised for the illiterate ˹people˺ a messenger from among themselves 62:2

هُوَ الَّذِي بَعَثَ فِي الْأُمِّيِّينَ رَسُولًا مِّنْهُمْ

Indeed Allah helped you in the battle of Badr.

وَلَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ بِبَدْرٍ

He created man from the clotted blood.

خَلَقَ الْإِنسَانَ مِنْ عَلَقٍ

He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 79:28

رَفَعَ سَمْكَهَا فَسَوَّاهَا

Allah takes away their light, leaving them in complete darkness—unable to see. 2:17

ذَهَبَ اللَّهُ بِنُورِهِمْ وَتَرَكَهُمْ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ
