A complete verbal sentence becomes Khabar of another Mubtada. Let us see the following sentence,
اَلْجُمْلَةُ الفِعْلِيَّةُ خَبَرٌ |
مُبْتَدَأٌ |

ذَهَبَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ |
أَحْمَدُ |
أَحْمَدُ is the Mubtada of the full sentence and Khabar is ذَهَبَ إلى الْمَسْجِدِ which itself is a verbal sentence, where ذَهَبَ is verb and هُوَ is doer. which is hidden (مُسْتَتِرٌ) here.

جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الْأَرْضَ بِسَاطًا فِعْلٌ= جَعَلَ فَاعِلٌ= هُوَ (مُسْتَتِرٌ) |
