According to tense verb is two types:
الفِعْلُ الْمَاضِي Verb of Past Tense. Example: ذَهَبَ He went.
الفِعْلُ الْمُضَارِعُ Verb of Present/ Future Tense. Example: يَذْهَبُ He goes/will go.

the normal form of الفِعْلُ الْمَاضِي is فَعَلَ فَعُلَ، فَعِلَ، etc. These three letters are called ف kalima, ع kalima and ل kalima. It is notable that ف and ل kalima will have always fatha on it whereas ع kalima can have fatha, kasrah or dammah. Let us see some example,

We saw before when a sentence starts with فِعْلٌ then it's called اَلْجُمْلَةُ الفِعْلِيَّةُ . The main parts of اَلْجُمْلَةُ الفِعْلِيَّةُ are - فِعْلٌ verb & فَاعِلٌ doer. Doer is always marfu.

فِعْلٌ will always have a doer فَاعِلٌ . It may remain as open Ism or pronoun as in the example above or may be silent known as "invisible doer". As you can see in the previous table that ‘he’ هُوَ is used with every verb though it was not present in the arabic verb. It is actually embedded with the verb itself.
